Job Description:

Position Title: Sales Officer

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate in any discipline (Engineers & MBA regular are not eligible)

· Work-experience not mandatory

· Less than 26 years of age

Business Group: Retail Banking Group
Role Tenure: Permanent

Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager/ Branch Manager

Purpose of The Job

ICICI Bank offers a wide array of financial products like Savings Account, Current Account and Salary Account etc. to its customers in both rural and urban markets. A Sales Officer Role is a Client facing role. The sales officers are responsible for the first level of customer interaction. They are responsible for creating new client relationships as well as deepening our relationships with the existing clients by offering them other financial products. All Sales Officers are assigned specific product and a specific geography, wherein they can identify new customers for the given product.

Job Responsibilities

· Generate new customer leads through various channels

· Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the

geography assigned

· Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business

· Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services

· Cross-sell new products

· Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank
· Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
· Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service

· Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made

ICICI Bank hires young graduates to join its dynamic front line Sales Force. The selected applicants are required to undergo training at ICICI Bank Academy in association with IFBI(a joint venture of NIIT Ltd. And ICICI Bank). Training comprises of 15 day full-time residential program at allotted training campus, followed by 15 day internship in the posted location with the bank.

Selection Process:

1. Briefing to all the applicants about job role, responsibilities, career progression, salary, other terms and conditions through PPT

2. Psychometric Test: All applicants will undergo online psychometric test

3. English Proficiency Test: All applicants will have to undergo online English test. A computer lab with internet facility is required to conduct the both the tests

4. Post completion of online test, the applicant will appear for personal interview

5. Result would be announced once the process is completed for all the students within a week

6. Candidates are required to undergo training post selection in ICICI bank at ICICI Academy

Compensation & Benefits:

On successful completion of the training, the applicant will be given the post of Sales Officer at an annual CTC between 1.69 – 1.96 Lacs P.A. +TA+ Mob+ Handsome Incentives, depending on location of posting

Since we are hiring on Pan-India basis, the selection process/ result will be declared within a week
